Awesome cakes in Murphy

I decided to go with Nothing Bundt Cakes for my wedding. And instead of one BIG cake. We went with five different Bundt cakes. BEST. DECISION. EVER. if you are planning a wedding. Go unconventional. Get bundt cakes. This was the BEST decision I made. They even decorated them for me!!! Nothing Bundt Cakes in Murphy were sooo helpful and VERY easy to work with. I accidentally forgot to order then until a week out, and they STILL had all the cakes ready and waiting for me to pick them up! HIGHLY recommend!!!!

I didn't know about this place. But miracles happen everyday! In a very sad day for me this lady appeared in my work with some samples of their products. When she left and I opened the box, I was really surprised and thankful. What can I say? They sweetened my day! This cup cakes are extremely delicious, my co-workers and I enjoyed them.Thank you for this awesome promotion at the right time, we hope to go soon to buy your awesome cakes for every family birthday!God bless you in your business!!

Just ok!! This is the third time I order birthday cake here. First time try the Mocha flavor and it was great at the store. Not too sweet and we loved it. Some how the mocha cake I ordered tasted way sweeter than the sample at the store. I thought it was me but my wife said the same thing. The cake was also a bit harder than the sample not sure why. I didn't have this problem for the first orders when comparing store sample and the actually cake we ordered.

I had the lemon bundt cake it was so good. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be going back...

Thank you for making 3 trips to get my order delivered to new parents of twins! They loved the dozen Bundtinis and the blue and pink balloons. I know you don't want to just leave the cakes outside so I appreciate the desire for quality control :)

Girls working in the store were very friendly and attentive, however our order was messed up which was very unfortunate. We ordered Bundtinis (sp) and got most of the flavors we ordered minus 3. The other note I'd like to add is that the cakes themselves don't fit into the cupcake sized holders so when we arrived to my moms house to celebrate Mothers Day, all of the cupcakes were flipped over and/or sideways which messed up all of the icing....super unfortunate. I even had someone holding the box instead of just setting it in the floorboard or backseat. In the future I'll either only order cakes or take my business elsewhere. The thing I was most disappointed about was the lack of my moms favorite flavors, marble and chocolate chip and considering it was for mothers day, I wasnt too happy. Again, staff is friendly so this isnt a reflection on the front of house girl, but whoever was in the kitchen getting our order ready needs to work on their order accuracy.

Stay away! Tried to order a cake in advance and was assured we didn’t have to and there would be a cake when I arrive on Sunday for Mother’s Day. So when I arrive she tells me what the name on my order. They only have cakes for pick up. Great! So you won’t take my order days in advance but you have advanced orders for pickup? Someone there is lazy or didn’t want to take my order. I won’t be going back.

Whats not to love! The staff is great! Our order for mothers day was amazing and actually right! And obviously the taste of the cakes are to die for!!! Prices are a little high but then again its quality so pay up is what i say!!

My husband picked up cake today at 1pm for a birthday dinner the same night. I didn't open the box until 5:30pm and saw that it was unfrosted! He mistakenly told them unfrosted, instead of undecorated. Everyone knows the best part of NBC is the frosting! I called them, panicked and asked if I could bring the cake back to add frosting. I would pay extra. The girl put me on hold, came back and said the manager would not allow it and I would have to buy a brand new cake. I pleaded to just pay extra and would've paid for just a bag of frosting, but they would not even consider. Have been a fan of NBC for a long time, but will not buy here again!

Pumpkin, white chocolate raspberry, gluten free chocolate chip,red velvet, carrot are SO AWESOME! I love it's a bit of heaven on earth. The cakes are very moist. Nothing like any cake I have ever had before. They use a cream cheese icing on them that is to die for. Its so Yummy to get the last drop you will be licking the plastic box. No joke. Weather it's a special day or just a normal day to day this cake is fantastic! The staff from the bakers to the girls upfront are sweeter than sugar. This is a company that believes in strong customer service. This is a must go to place!

Ordered a cake on 01-21 for PU on 01-22 @ 3:30 for my husbands bday! No problems with ordering,or PU. Staff was very friend! The cake was Super moist,Delicious,& Absolutely Amazing!! Thank you!!!!

My entire family loves Nothing Bundt Cakes. We no longer do regular birthday cakes, or sheet cakes, we just go to "Nothing Bundt Cakes."This one in Wylie has great service, the girls are friendly, the store is clean, and everything about it is inviting. The cakes are awesome!

The cakes are wonderful and the staff are great! I order a cake online but I had to cancel it. I was waiting for the company to refund. I went by this location after a couple of days. I spoke with Stacy the manager about my refund . She told me to check back with her in a few days and if they had not credited my debit card then she would give me a store credit or credit my debit card. She gave me a free small praline cake. Well two weeks passed without the company returning my money so I stopped by there and spoke with Stacy. She responded my money as she promised plus she gave me a 8 second small cake for my inconvenience.

I would like to thank you for helping our family to have great Easter .. Time got away from us and we thought we missed our order. I took a chance called the Richardson store the wonderful manager contacted the manager at the Murphy store and she opened it up so we could get our orders.. THANK YOU THANK YOU. YOU AND YOUR STAFF ARE GREAT!!!! Great customer service!!!

Update 6/23/2017: Got the regular size cake and it was just as good!!!The cakes are so good! The individual cakes are a good size. The staff is always so positive and friendly.

We come a few times a year, this trip disappointed to not be able to get a fork so we can consume it before getting home. Guess its too much to supply now adays.

Very bad experience. I bought cake from this shop on September 29, day before yesterday, i still feels stomach problems after i ate that cake. Be watchful for any physical problems after eating these cakes. I decided not buy anything from them in future.

We all know the cakes are amazing but I had no idea they offered such great gifts. I didnt get the nice lady's name that assisted me but she was wonderful and I left with the delicioys cakes along with a couple of holiday gifts.

I stopped in at 6:02pm when they closed at 6pm. They were still willing to help me even thought he doors were locked and the staff was a very sweet. I definitely recommend this location!-Leah

Didn't have apple or pineapple .. but the white white chocolate was real good..

So sorry to see that neither of the young ladies who got my prepaid order out for me were wearing their masks. Both young ladies had masks, but the one who brought my box from the back had hers around her neck, and the one who handed it to me wore hers on her chin and bottom lip. When I mentioned that her mask did no good Worn that way, she just shrugged.

Not sure if it usually tasted this way but the sample was much better than the cake we bought lol. Look like they over added sugar in the cake. But over all everything is ok. The staff was super nice. A sturdy box would help since the decorations easily ruin the icing if you dont have a second person help holding the cake whole driving. Pineapple and fresh coconut flavor would be nice.

Great bundt cake

When orders are incorrectly serviced then the processes are missing a key customer satisfaction control point. The store is popular but shortages mean one should call ahead for assurance. Also, for some folks ordering online is impractical. The workaround entails two trips at least 30 mins apart - something that perhaps can be infrequently.This is a niche store with a "Cookie-Cutter" mindset. It does not pretend to offer great variety in baking unless Bundt cake is the core ingredient.
